back to core [05 Feb 2005|09:14am]
I decided to go back to core. When I was following the core plan I felt healthier and less anxious because I was able to eat whenever (and basically whatever) and not have to worry about counting points. This time around, however, I am going to watch my portions. No more cups upon cups of sf/ff pudding, etc.. I'm going to incorporate more veggies (tend to overload on the fruits). Didn't go to WI today because I'm sick and my mom didn't want me to infect everyone else =/
