  <description>I decided to go back to core. When I was following the core plan I felt healthier and less anxious because I was able to eat whenever (and basically whatever) and not have to worry about counting points. This time around, however, I am going to watch my portions. No more cups upon cups of sf/ff pudding, etc.. I&apos;m going to incorporate more veggies (tend to overload on the fruits). Didn&apos;t go to WI today because I&apos;m sick and my mom didn&apos;t want me to infect everyone else =/</description>
